Date of birth: 1973 BiographyBorn in 1973 in the Rutana province, Musongati commune, Nyabibuye hill. He studied at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), where he graduated as a Doctor of Sciences in 2015. He was a rector of the University of Burundi (2018 - 2021) and is now Minister of National Education and Scientific Research.
