Creeper, semi-herbaceous. Fruit light brown grape-like berries carried in a bundle. Leaves in pairs of 2 at nodes, 3 cm long petioles. Leaf margin serrate. Shiny blade and finely haired beneath. Veins prominent beneath, leaves light green colour. Stipules present . Stems light green to brown with lenticels. Tendrils on young shoots.

1 m high; Shrub; Notes: Shrub, 1 m high. Stem light brown, young shoots velvety. Leaves alternate oblong with entire margins, rounded apex on base, velvety. No flowers present. Fruit a large berry with distinctive rectangle to square markings. Green to light orange when ripe. Grows in sandy loam soil in omuramba. Very common.

10 cm high; Shrub; Notes: Small shrub, 10 cm high. Stem herbaceous and green. Short soft hair on stem and leaves. Leaves sessile with sheath and lanceolate. Yellow flowers. Scattered in soft sandy white soil.

Creeper; Notes: Herbaceous creeper-like plant. Purple flowers. Leaves sheathed. Short roots at nodes. Stems covered in short white hair. Grows in shade in sandy white soil.

Herbaceous shrub, 0.40-0.30 m high. Flowers carried in spike-like inflorescence. 5 white petals with yellow mouth, tubular. Flowers carried on one side of spike. Fruits, small, four lobed capsules. Leaves obovate, covered in long hair on both sides of leaf, alternate. Stem green and covered in bristle hairs.

Shrub; Notes: Small herbaceous shrub, 30-40 cm high. Flowers tiny tubes with purple petals and cream coloured mouth. Stigma and stamens protruding. Fruit a capsule, carried on long stalk. Leaves lanceolate and sessile. Covered in dense hair below. Stems covered in long white hair and grows from centre of plant. Found in semi-shade in well-drained soil. Scattered.

20 cm high; Shrub; Notes: Tiny shrub, 20 cm high, scattered. Light purple flowers carried on 2 cm long stalk from axil of leaf. Cream coloured centre, pistils and stamens. Leaves alternate, sessile and lanceolate. Leaves and stems covered in long white hair. White sandy soil next to road.

Shrub; Notes: Small shrub, 1 m high. Stems light brown, covered in lenticels. Young shoots densely haired. Leaves alternate, simple and ovatem, margins serrate, fine hair on undersurface. Bicoloured with 3 veins from base. Veins prominent on both sides of leaves. No flowers. Round fruits, green and covered in bristle hair, carried on long hairy stalks. Extended falsistipula to which fruit is attached. Common in sandy soil in shade.

Shrub; Notes: Shrub 2 m high. Yellow flowers with 5 long petals that are separated and curling backwards, sepals short and close to base of flowers. Leaves alternate ovate with serrate margins. Stipule ear-shaped and clearly visible. Leaves bicoloured and rough to touch. Fruits round capsules. Light grey stem, velvety to touch on young shoots. Fruits in pair of 3. Along road on slight plain. Not very common.

6 m high; Tree; Notes: Tall tree, 6 m high. Leaves alternate, bilobed, 3 cm long petioles. Young shoots zig-zag growth. Stipules present. Lenticels on young shoots. Bark light brown and smooth. Cream coloured flowers with 4 petals. Flowers in spike inflorescence. Common, grows in white sandy soil.

1 m high; Shrub; Notes: Small shrub, 1 m high. Stems woody. Leaves opposite, obovate, velvety. Flowers carried on tips of plant, white petals. Grows in stony to sandy soil.

Shrub; Notes: Herbaceous shrub, 35-40 cm high. Stems squarred. Whole plant covered in short bristle hairs. Leaves opposite, ovate with 1 cm long petiole. Margins serrate. Flowers in bundles growing in 1 cm long stalks, 3 light purple petals, cream coloured centre. Fruits purple capsules. Rare.

Parasite; Notes: Root parasite 30 cm high. Grows in base of grass bundles. Flowers light pink to purple, tube like. Corolla tube covered in fine hair. Leaves linear to lanceolate, opposite and very rough to touch, green. Found in pan-like area in omuramba next to road.

10 cm high; Shrub; Notes: Tiny herbaceous shrub, 10 cm high. Stem green and velvety. Leaves sessile, opposite to alternate, lanceolate, bicoloured, margin entire. Yellow tubular flowers, 5 petals, 3 cm long stalks. Common in well-drained loamy sandy soil in semi-shade.

Creeper; Notes: Creepeing herbaceous plant. Yellow trumpet shaped flowers with 5 fused petals and light green sepals. Leaves near sessile, ovate and with entire to biserrate margins. Undersurface of leaves covered in bristle hair. Fruit a round capsule. Grows in well-drained soil on plain next to road.
